Zoho CRM Developer Needed to Build a Patient-Centered Healthcare CRM

We are looking for an experienced CRM developer to help build out a healthcare-focused CRM that will serve as the central patient record and workflow management system for our organization. The goal is to create one central source of truth for each patient, while allowing different teams to work through separate pipelines without duplicating outreach or overwhelming the patient. We need a developer who understands CRM architecture, workflow automation, patient/customer records, reporting dashboards, and integrations. Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is preferred. Healthcare workflow experience is a major plus.
