Zoho CRM Mail Merge assistance needed

I need assistance creating a reliable mail merge template and supporting process in Zoho CRM. The purpose is to generate donor communications using information that is held across two related CRM modules/cards: Contacts and Donors. The solution needs to bring fields from both modules/cards together so they can be used cleanly in a Zoho mail merge template. The filtering needs to be reliable and easy to update for future financial years. For example, the date range should be simple to change for the next reporting period without rebuilding the entire setup. Required Outcome - Create or configure a Zoho mail merge template that uses fields from both Contacts and Donors. - Ensure the template can be used to generate donor letters or emails for the selected financial year/date range and filtered for a selected Donor type. - Ensure only the correct donor records are included based on the required date range. - Make the setup repeatable so that it can be reused for future financial years by changing the relevant dates. - Provide clear instructions showing how to update the date range and run the mail merge in future years.
