Summary

We are a B2B enterprise IT hardware reseller based in Delhi NCR, India. We run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads using Instant Forms. Right now our leads land in a "black box" — we can't tell which ads produce quality leads, and Meta isn't optimizing toward our real customers. WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE (the outcome): Every form lead automatically captured and trackable through our sales pipeline (we use / plan to use Zoho CRM — open to your advice). Meta's ad delivery should optimize toward QUALITY leads that actually convert, not just form-fills — i.e. our CRM's lead-stage/outcome data should feed back to Meta via the Conversions API ("Conversion Leads" optimization). Clear visibility into which campaigns drive quality leads. OUR CONTEXT: Low-volume, high-value B2B; long sales cycles (2–8 weeks); small team (1–5 people). Lead capture is via native Meta Instant Forms (Lead Ads). WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU: Don't just say "yes I can." Propose YOUR recommended working model — the architecture, the specific tools/connectors, how the Meta feedback loop should work for native Instant Form leads, and why. Include a rough breakdown and your proposed fixed price + realistic timeline. PLEASE ALSO ANSWER IN YOUR PROPOSAL: For native Instant Form (Lead Ads) leads, how exactly does Meta match the conversion events you send back — what is the matching key, and why? We are low-volume B2B — which event should we optimize Meta on, and how do you handle Meta's learning-phase signal requirement? Share 1–2 examples of similar Zoho/CRM ↔ Meta CAPI integrations you have delivered.
