Zoho CRM Setup & Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to set up and automate our donor management and communications system. Our goal is to use Zoho CRM as the central hub for managing donors, contacts, and email communications while integrating it with Zoho Campaigns, GiveLively, Zapier, and our website. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience with nonprofit CRM implementations, donor management, and workflow automation. The successful freelancer will: Set up and customize Zoho CRM for our organization. Integrate Zoho CRM with: Zoho Campaigns, GiveLively, Zapier, and our website. Create donor/contact profiles that include: Donation history Total donation amount Number of donations Contact information Communication history Custom donor fields where appropriate Build automations so that when someone donates through GiveLively: They are automatically added to Zoho CRM. Their donor profile is created or updated. They are added to the appropriate mailing list(s). They are segmented based on donation amount and/or donation frequency. Configure donor segmentation for targeted communications (e.g., first-time donors, recurring donors, major donors, lapsed donors, monthly donors, etc.). Integrate Zoho Campaigns so we can send: Organization-wide newsletters Targeted communications to specific donor segments Create workflows and automations for donor communications where appropriate. Ensure the CRM is organized, scalable, and easy for our team to use. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience implementing Zoho CRM. Experience integrating Zoho CRM with Zapier and third-party applications. Experience with Zoho Campaigns. Experience working with nonprofit organizations or donor CRMs. Strong knowledge of workflow automation and CRM best practices. Excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who can not only complete the setup but also recommend best practices to help us build an efficient, long-term donor engagement and fundraising system.
