Zoho CRM Specialist for Workflow, Modules & Integration Setup

We are looking for a hands-on Zoho specialist to build and refine our Zoho One environment across CRM, Desk, Inventory, and related modules. This is not a greenfield build. Our processes are already defined. We need someone who can take those processes and implement them cleanly inside Zoho. The focus is execution, not strategy. You should be comfortable working within an existing structure, identifying gaps, and improving workflows without overengineering. Scope of Work Build and refine modules in Zoho CRM Configure workflows, automation, and blueprints Set up fields, layouts, and data structure Support integrations between Zoho CRM, Desk, Inventory, and People Assist with reporting and dashboards Identify gaps and recommend practical improvements What We’re Not Looking For High-level consultants who don’t execute Overly complex architecture or “rebuild everything” approaches Generic advice without hands-on implementation Ideal Candidate Strong hands-on Zoho CRM experience (required) Experience across Zoho One (Desk, Inventory, etc.) Comfortable working within existing processes Fast, responsive, and execution-focused Bonus: QuickBooks or operational workflow experience Engagement Initial project: 20–40+ hours Potential for ongoing work We move quickly and expect the same To Apply Please include: Specific Zoho builds you’ve completed (not just managed) Modules you’ve worked in Example of a workflow or automation you implemented Your availability to start
