Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM / Zoho Operations Consultant to help with a Zoho Operational Reset for an existing business system. This is a focused implementation project, not a basic CRM setup or data entry task. We need someone who can review an existing Zoho environment, identify practical improvements, and help configure a cleaner go-forward process for new deals, project visibility, permissions, reporting, and invoice/payment tracking. The goal is to improve day-to-day usability, reduce manual workarounds, strengthen role-based permissions, improve leadership reporting, and create a more consistent workflow for new deals going forward. Project Focus: 1. The consultant will help with: 2. Reviewing the current Zoho CRM setup and related configuration 3. Cleaning up the new deal intake and deal progression workflow 4. Recommending a practical deal-to-project structure 5. Improving project lifecycle/status tracking inside Zoho 6. Reviewing and restructuring user roles, profiles, and permissions 7. Cleaning up priority Zoho workflows and automations Improving invoice/payment visibility where feasible 8. Creating leadership dashboards and reports 9. Creating a go-forward SOP/workflow guide 10. Supporting one team walkthrough or training session 11. Helping with post-launch adjustments for the agreed implementation items Expected Deliverables: 1. Updated go-forward Zoho workflow for new deals 2. Recommended deal-to-project structure for new work 3. Updated role/profile/permission model 4. Priority workflow cleanup for agreed workflows 5. Foundational leadership dashboards and reports 6. Invoice/payment visibility workflow recommendation and configuration where feasible 7. Go-forward SOP or workflow guide 8. One team walkthrough/training session 9. Final handoff guidance 10. Post-launch adjustment support for agreed implementation items. Initial Scope Targets: 1. The initial project is expected to include: 2. Up to 5 priority Zoho workflows related to new deals, project lifecycle, permissions, reporting, or invoice/payment visibility 3. Up to 5 primary user roles/profiles 4. Up to 3 foundational dashboards 5. Up to 6 core reports or list views 6. One go-forward workflow/SOP document 7. One team walkthrough/training session of up to 90 minutes 8. One 30-day post-launch adjustment window limited to agreed implementation items Required Experience: 1. Please apply only if you have strong experience with: 2. Zoho CRM configuration and optimization Improving existing Zoho systems, not just setting up new CRMs 3. Zoho fields, layouts, modules, stages, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards 4. Roles, profiles, permissions, and access governance 5. Sales-to-operations or deal-to-project handoff workflows 6. Project lifecycle tracking inside Zoho 7. Operational reporting and executive dashboards 8. SOP/workflow documentation 9. Training users or walking teams through updated processes Bonus Experience: 1. Helpful but not required: 2. Zoho Projects 3. Zoho FSM 4. Zoho Books 5. Zoho Flow 6. Zoho Analytics 7. Zoho One 8. QuickBooks visibility or integration planning 9. Home services, construction, solar, energy, HVAC, or field service businesses 10. Process mapping and workflow optimization 11. Business operations consulting What We Are Looking For: We need someone who can think beyond basic CRM setup. The right consultant should be able to understand the business process, recommend a practical Zoho structure, configure the system, document the workflow, and help the team adopt the improved process. This person should be comfortable working with leadership and operations stakeholders, asking good process questions, and explaining recommendations clearly. Proposal Requirements: In your proposal, please include: 1. A brief summary of your Zoho experience 2. Relevant Zoho certifications, if any 3. Examples of similar Zoho cleanup, reset, or optimization projects 4. Experience with deal-to-project or sales-to-operations workflows 5. Experience with permissions, profiles, dashboards, and reports 6. Experience with invoice/payment visibility workflows 7. Your recommended approach for this type of project 8. Estimated timeline 9.
