Zoho CRM and Projects

Accounting Team (Project #1) PROJECTS Manage 60 to 70 Monthly Recurring Projects for Bookkeeping clients. They will have subtasks that are the same every month. These projects need to be recurring EVERY month regardless if the prior month is not completed. Would like the integration of tasks with the associated account in CRM. Important to have the ability for team to add emails from GMAIL to specific Projects as tasks or notes CRM Team members should have access only to contacts or accounts associated with “Bookkeeping” clients. We also have “Tax” type clients and most of the time all Bookkeeping clients are tax. We do not want members on the Bookkeeping team to see all contact data - some fields need to be restricted. Will want a Custom Module for the Bookkeeping team. I want the ability to add notes specific to each account and also track a subform that will list documents we need the client to provide to us. We will likely want to track an entire table of documents for all clients as this list changes and would be good to have all of them in one place. We also assign document collections we do ourselves as part of our projects each month. We COULD assign these document tasks to each Project (above) but not needed if it adds complexity. I think as long as the tasks are associated with the Account we will have visibility. Need to send MONTHLY reminder emails to clients to remind them we need specific documents. These are the same items so need to create a recurring email for specific clients.
