Zoho Developer for CRM Implementation

Role: Zoho CRM Developer (Freelancer) Context: PetroApp is a B2B fleet management SaaS platform serving fuel and services transactions across multiple markets. We're transforming our Zoho CRM to support a growing self-serve customer acquisition model, replacing manual lead handling with structured pipeline management and integrations across our support and product systems. We're hiring a Zoho developer to take technical ownership of this CRM build and its long-term maintenance and evolution. Scope of Work Build and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automations aligned to PetroApp's wallet/branch hierarchy, fleet/NFC data model, and sales-commission logic Write and maintain Deluge scripts for custom functions, validation rules, and workflow automation Build and maintain API integrations between Zoho CRM and PetroApp's core platform (company panel, wallet system, station/commission data) Support Zendesk↔Zoho data flow for CX ticketing (works alongside CX team's Zendesk integration) Own bug fixes, technical debt cleanup, and iterative enhancements post-Rivet handoff Document technical architecture and workflows for internal handoff/continuity Required Experience: 3+ years hands-on Zoho CRM development (not admin/config only, actual custom development) Strong Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflow rules, validation scripts Proven experience with Zoho CRM API (REST) and third-party system integrations Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Books a plus (multi-product Zoho environments) Experience integrating CRM with external platforms (webhook-based integrations, SSO/auth flows), Zendesk integration experience is a strong plus B2B SaaS or fintech/fleet/logistics domain experience preferred (complex org hierarchies, wallet/financial data structures) Comfortable working from technical specs/architecture docs produced by an implementation partner (Rivet) and picking up mid-build
