Zoho Email Deliverability Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced email deliverability expert who has worked with Zoho Mail and/or Zoho Campaigns. Background: we've been using our primary Zoho account since 2019 and have excellent email performance. Recently, we created a second Zoho account so we can send marketing campaigns separately from our primary business communications. The goal is to protect our main sending reputation and prevent marketing unsubscribes from affecting important operational emails. I believed I had properly warmed up the new sending account, but our campaign performance is significantly worse than our original account. Open rates are extremely low, and I want to determine whether this is a reputation, authentication, configuration, or warm-up issue. We're looking for someone who can: Audit our Zoho email setup Verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and any other required DNS records Review domain and sender reputation Identify any configuration issues affecting deliverability Review our campaign settings and sending practices Create or implement a proper warm-up plan if needed Recommend any changes needed to improve inbox placement Explain what was wrong and provide best practices going forward Deliverables Complete deliverability audit List of issues found (if any) Fixes implemented or detailed instructions for any changes we need to make A recommended warm-up and sending plan Confirmation that our setup follows email deliverability best practices When applying, please tell us: Your experience with Zoho Mail and/or Zoho Campaigns Your experience improving email deliverability Examples of similar projects you've completed How long you expect this project to take We are looking for someone who can diagnose the issue quickly and ensure our new sending account is configured correctly for strong inbox placement.
