Zoho Implementation Developer Partner Needed for CRM Support

We’re a growing home care agency and franchise business looking for a dependable, experienced Zoho implementation partner to support us on an ongoing basis as we continue building out and optimizing our systems. Our current environment includes Zoho CRM, Analytics, Campaigns, Writer, Sales IQ and Zoho Sign, and we’re looking for someone who can help us not only complete our current contract-signing workflow, but also serve as a trusted partner for continued CRM improvement, reporting, automation, and franchise-readiness work. Current and Ongoing Scope We’re looking for support with: Zoho Sign / CRM contract workflow migration from PandaDoc into Zoho CRM enhancements and optimization, including blueprints, workflows, automation, and process improvements Reporting and analytics, including custom reports and dashboards New module creation and/or optimization to better support operations Franchise expansion preparation, including custom permissions, role-based access, views, onboarding workflows, and related CRM structure What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Highly experienced with Zoho CRM and Zoho One ecosystem implementation Comfortable stepping into an existing setup and improving it efficiently Able to work quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized Dependable, trustworthy, and realistic about timelines and scope Fair and affordable in pricing, while still delivering high-quality work Why This Role Matters This is not just a one-time migration project. We’re looking for an implementation partner who can support us as our systems evolve, especially as we prepare for franchise growth and need our CRM to scale with us.
