Zoho Mail Deliverability Audit & DNS Troubleshooting (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

Description: I need a Zoho Mail and DNS specialist to perform a full audit of our email infrastructure to identify and resolve delivery and receiving issues, specifically related to Optimal Blue emails. Scope of work: Review and verify the Zoho Mail configuration. Audit DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Review Cloudflare DNS configuration and mail routing. Analyze mail delivery and authentication logs. Identify the root cause of undelivered inbound emails. Implement necessary fixes in DNS and Zoho Mail. Perform send/receive testing. Provide a summary of findings and recommendations. Expected outcome: The project is considered complete when internal, external, and automated Optimal Blue emails are delivered correctly, with no DMARC rejections, along with brief documentation of the changes made.
