Zoho One Developer / Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced **Zoho One Developer and Implementation Specialist** to implement and customize a complete Zoho ecosystem for our IT hardware, networking, and IT services business. Our company provides: * IT hardware sales * Desktop and laptop sales and support * Server deployment and maintenance * Firewall deployment and support * Networking solutions * NAS and storage solutions * Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) * Hardware repair and warranty coordination * IT support services for multiple industries We currently use separate applications for CRM, help desk, accounting, HR, and attendance. Our goal is to implement **Zoho One as a centralized platform** and automate our end-to-end business processes. --- # Scope of Work ## 1. Zoho CRM – Sales Management Configure and customize Zoho CRM to manage the complete sales lifecycle. Requirements include: * Lead management from multiple sources * Lead qualification and follow-up automation * Lead conversion into Accounts, Contacts, and Deals * Sales pipeline management * Product and service management * Quotation and proposal process * Deal stage automation * Sales Blueprints * Automated hand-off to Accounts and Operations teams * Purchase requirement tracking * Profit and margin tracking * Custom reports and dashboards --- ## 2. Zoho Desk – Service & Support Management Implement Zoho Desk for customer support and IT service operations. Requirements: * Multi-channel ticket management * Customer support ticket tracking * Hardware service tracking * RMA and repair workflow * Custom ticket statuses * Vendor repair coordination * Product collection and return tracking * OEM warranty tracking * Service contracts and AMC tracking * SLA management * Service reports and dashboards * Automation and notifications --- ## 3. Zoho Books – Accounting We are currently using Tally and plan to transition to Zoho Books. Requirements: * Zoho Books organization setup * Chart of accounts configuration * Customer and vendor migration * Product and service setup * Purchase management * Sales and invoice workflows * Expense tracking * Financial reporting * Integration with Zoho CRM * Data migration support from Tally --- ## 4. Zoho People – HR & Attendance Implement Zoho People for employee and attendance management. Requirements: * Employee onboarding * Employee information management * Leave management * Leave balance tracking * Shift management * Office attendance * Remote attendance * Field employee check-in/check-out * Multiple check-ins and check-outs per day * Overtime calculation * Working hours calculation * Mobile attendance * Management reports --- ## 5. Biometric Attendance Integration We need to integrate our existing biometric attendance devices with Zoho People. Requirements: * Integration with biometric/eSSL attendance devices * API or middleware-based integration * Scheduled attendance synchronization * Multiple office locations * Check-in/check-out data processing * Error handling and logging * Attendance data validation Experience with **SOAP APIs, eSSL devices, Zoho Creator, Zoho Catalyst, Deluge, or similar middleware solutions** is highly preferred. --- ## 6. Zoho Payroll Configure Zoho Payroll and integrate it with Zoho People. Requirements: * Salary structure configuration * Attendance synchronization * Leave synchronization * Overtime calculations * PF calculations * ESI calculations * Payroll automation * Salary processing * Payroll reports --- ## 7. Zoho Billing – AMC & Subscription Management Configure Zoho Billing to manage recurring services. Requirements: * AMC management * Subscription management * Renewal tracking * Automated renewal reminders * Payment reminders * Recurring invoices * Customer portal configuration --- ## 8. Zoho Projects – Deployment Management Implement Zoho Projects for IT deployment and implementation projects. Examples include: * Server deployment * Firewall deployment * Networking projects * Infrastructure setup Requirements: * Project templates * Milestones * Task management * Resource allocation * Time tracking * Project status reporting --- ## 9. Zoho WorkDrive Configure WorkDrive for centralized document management.
