We are a Sports Entertainment company seeking an experienced Zoho One programmer to design and implement a custom management system within our CRM. The system must be streamlined, intuitive, and easy for our employees to use in managing ticket sales, task alerts, and event operations. This system will also ensure that each department can clearly see what tasks need to be done and what has already been completed, improving accountability and workflow transparency across the company. Imagine every employee logging into CRM and seeing a role-based dashboard: * Graphics → "Your Artwork Queue" * Printing → "Your Print Queue" * Marketing → "Your Campaign Queue" * Athletic Commission → "Your Compliance Queue" * Travel → "Your Booking Queue" They're all looking at the same show database, but each person sees only the records and tasks assigned to their department. I believe this approach will fit your operation much better than trying to force everything into a traditional ticketing system. Since you're already running Facebook Ads, Instagram, and TikTok, I'd make the Marketing Queue look more like an ad operations dashboard than just a task list. Instead of just seeing: Facebook Ads The marketing employee would see the actual campaign performance. Imagine they click Tulsa Fairgrounds and see this: Zoho CRM doesn't automatically know how your Facebook Ads are performing. You'd need to connect the Meta Marketing API (Facebook/Instagram Ads API). Once connected, Zoho can pull in live metrics like: * Campaign status * Daily spend * Reach * Impressions * Link clicks * Cost per click (CPC) * Click-through rate (CTR) * Purchases (if your Meta Pixel/Conversions API is configured) * Return on ad spend (ROAS) Those numbers can then be displayed directly on the marketing page for each show.
