Zoho One Expert Needed for HubSpot CRM Migration

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One consultant to help migrate our CRM environment from HubSpot to Zoho One. Our HubSpot database contains approximately 15 years of historical information, and preserving the integrity and usability of this data is a critical part of the project. We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully completed HubSpot-to-Zoho migrations and understands both platforms’ data structures, APIs, field mapping, and activity records. Note: Non Disclosure Agreement will be required to sign outside of Upwork. Project Scope The project is expected to include: Review and assessment of our current HubSpot CRM configuration and data Migration of contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, owners, custom fields, and related CRM records Migration of historical data dating back approximately 15 years Preservation of historical activities associated with contact and company records, including notes, emails, calls, meetings, tasks, and other engagement history where supported Mapping and recreation of HubSpot custom properties and relationships within Zoho One Data cleansing, normalization, deduplication, and validation as needed Configuration of Zoho CRM and applicable Zoho One applications to support our current business processes Testing and reconciliation to confirm that records, relationships, ownership, and historical activity were transferred accurately Creation of a temporary active sync between HubSpot and Zoho after the initial migration, allowing both systems to remain operational during the transition period Key Deliverables -Migration and data-mapping plan -Configured Zoho One/Zoho CRM environment -Successful test migration before full production migration -Complete migration of agreed-upon records and historical activity -Data validation and exception report -Temporary HubSpot-to-Zoho synchronization process - Estimate of total hours required Ideal Experience =Demonstrated experience with HubSpot-to-Zoho One or Zoho CRM migrations =Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Zoho APIs, import tools, data structures, and relationship mapping =Experience migrating large volumes of historical CRM activity =Experience configuring Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, pipelines, and permissions =Ability to create and manage a temporary two-way or one-way synchronization between HubSpot and Zoho =Strong data-quality, testing, and reconciliation skills =Clear communication and the ability to explain migration limitations, risks, and recommended approaches
