Zoho One Solutions Developer – Customization, Automation & Reporting

We are looking for an experienced Zoho developer/consultant to help us extensively customize our Zoho One environment. We use Zoho across our organization and are not looking for basic setup or administration. Most of our requirements will involve custom business processes, workflows, reporting, integrations and automation. The person we hire should be comfortable taking a business process from us, understanding what we are trying to accomplish, and then determining the best way to build it within the Zoho ecosystem. Responsibilities will include: * Customizing Zoho applications around our business processes * Building complex workflows and automations * Writing and maintaining Deluge custom functions * Connecting Zoho applications to one another * Building API/webhook integrations where needed * Creating custom modules, fields, layouts, Blueprints and approval processes * Building management dashboards and operational reporting in Zoho Analytics * Automating data movement and repetitive processes * Designing solutions that work across multiple Zoho applications rather than creating isolated customizations * Troubleshooting and improving existing Zoho configurations * Documenting customizations so they can be maintained as we scale We are looking for someone with substantial hands-on experience with Zoho One, not someone whose experience is primarily limited to Zoho CRM. Strong experience with Deluge, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, APIs and complex workflow automation is required. This will likely be an ongoing relationship rather than a single project.
