Zoho One Specialist (CRM, Books, Google Workspace Sync) — Individual Freelancer Only

We are a US-based General Contractor company in Colorado (Mountain Time Zone). We run residential renovation and construction projects, using WordPress for lead generation and Zoho One (CRM & Books) to manage client deals, quotes, and invoicing. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Zoho One specialist (individual freelancer only, no agencies) to refine and optimize our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books ecosystem, as well as its existing integration with WordPress web forms and Google Calendar. We want to work with a technical expert who understands Zoho Deluge, API/Webhooks, and module customization. Key Responsibilities: Address Mapping & Parsing: Fix address sync from WordPress web forms into standard/custom Zoho CRM fields (Leads - Contacts/Deals conversion without data loss). Google Calendar Integration: Sync Tasks from Deals to Google Calendar and auto-populate event locations based on Deal addresses. Zoho CRM - Zoho Books Sync: Enable real-time (or low-latency) contact data sync between CRM and Books for quick Quote creation. Zoho Books Templates: Set up custom templates for Quotes. Dashboards & Layout Customization: Clean up unused fields in Contacts/Deals modules; build a progress dashboard for active Tasks & Deals. Joint Testing Session: Conduct a 1–2 hour live interactive walkthrough/debugging session (from Web Form submission to Lead conversion, Deal, Quote, and Invoice issuing) to verify the entire workflow. Requirements: Proven hands-on experience with Zoho One (CRM, Books, Deluge script writing, Flow/Webhooks). Experience integrating Zoho with Google Workspace and WordPress.
