Zoho People to PaySpace API Integration Expert

We are looking for an experienced Zoho People API integration specialist to design and build a new integration between Zoho People and PaySpace / Deel Local Payroll. The integration will support key employee lifecycle transactions, including: New employee creation in PaySpace Approved employee and payroll-related changes Leave and/or attendance data, where supported Termination and offboarding information What We Need This is not a basic data export or one-off migration. We need a secure, reliable and maintainable integration that includes: Clear field mapping between Zoho People and PaySpace Approval controls before payroll-impacting changes are sent Duplicate prevention and reliable employee matching Effective-date handling Error handling, retries and transaction logging Reconciliation and visibility of failed transactions Secure OAuth/API authentication Technical documentation and handover Zoho People will act as the primary source for employee lifecycle data and approvals, with PaySpace remaining the payroll system. Essential Experience Applicants must have strong practical experience with: Zoho People APIs OAuth 2.0 and REST APIs Creating and updating employee records through APIs HR or payroll system integrations Error handling, audit trails and reconciliation Previous experience with PaySpace, Deel Local Payroll, OData APIs or payroll integrations will be a significant advantage. Initial Project Approach The first phase will be a technical discovery to: Review the available Zoho People and PaySpace API capabilities Confirm the required write endpoints and permissions Finalise the field mapping and integration architecture Identify any functions that cannot be completed through the available APIs A fuller technical brief and supporting API documentation can be shared with suitable applicants.
