Zoho Projects & Zoho Forms Implementation Specialist Needed We are a low-voltage technology contractor specializing in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Multi-Site Retail Deployments throughout the United States. We are looking for an experienced Zoho consultant to build a scalable project management system using Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Books. Objective Create a repeatable project management framework that can be used for large retail deployments, including Walmart CCTV installations, allowing project managers and field technicians to track project progress, labor, milestones, deliverables, and customer reporting. Scope of Work Zoho Projects Setup Create a project template with the following: Project phases/milestones Preconstruction Material Receipt & Inventory Infrastructure Installation Camera Installation Programming & Testing Punch List Closeout Task templates for each phase Dependencies between tasks Percent complete tracking Dashboard views for Project Managers Resource allocation tracking Labor hour tracking Daily activity tracking Expense Tracking Custom Fields & KPIs Create custom fields and dashboards to track: Total Cameras Camera Wiring Speaker Installation Speaker wiring Cameras Installed Cameras Programmed Cameras Tested* Cameras Remaining Labor Hours Budgeted Labor Hours Used Material Status Change Orders Percent Complete Days Remaining Project Health Zoho Forms for Field Technicians Create mobile-friendly forms technicians can complete from their phones.
