Zoom Webinar Opener and Greeter for Mental Fitness Training Company

We are looking for a Zoom Webinar Opener and Greeter to kick off our live Zoom events, help facilitate member Q&A sessions with our CEO, and keep the energy and flow of every live experience tight, professional, and engaging. We already have a Marketing Lead and an in-house team running content and curriculum. What we need is someone who is a camera-ready greeter who can show up, run the room, manage the Zoom mechanics, and help our members get the most out of every live session with our CEO or with our expert faculty as the main host. This is an hourly contractor role focused on live event execution and showing up like a pro every time the camera turns on. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Camera-ready presence — warm, energetic, professional, and able to hold a room • Strong live webinar hosting experience (Zoom Webinars, Zoom Meetings, or similar) • Comfortable speaking live to one person or hundreds with equal ease • Skilled at managing Zoom mechanics: sharing screens, sharing audio, spotlighting, muting, promoting attendees, running Q&A panels, polls, breakout rooms, managing chat, sharing screens, disabling the waiting room. • Able to queue members up for live Q&A with the CEO and keep the conversation flowing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent team communication skills • 100% fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) • Strong attention to detail and high reliability — events start on time, end on time, and run smoothly • Able to stay calm and adaptive when something on the call goes sideways • Comfortable working with high-level C-suite team members and high-profile guest speakers • Operating effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments ADDITIONAL VALUABLE SKILLS • Experience hosting in coaching, education, or personal development environments • Experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) to prep for events, draft talking points, or summarize sessions • Light technical troubleshooting skills (helping a member who can't unmute, fixing audio issues mid-call, etc.) DELIVERABLES You will be responsible for running live events end-to-end and creating a world-class member experience on every call: • Hosting live Zoom webinars with our community on a recurring schedule • Communicating with expert faculty coaches to make sure they have what they need to help train our members. • Communicate with our ambassadors who can help you engage the community and live events. • Managing the full Zoom backend during events (spotlighting, Q&A, chat moderation, screen share handoffs) • Queueing up members for live 1:1 Q&A with our CEO and keeping the flow tight • Setting the tone, energy, and pace of each event from open to close • Welcoming members on, making them feel seen, and creating a warm, engaging room • Coordinating with our internal team before each event on the run-of-show • Handing off recordings and notes to the team after each event • Showing up reliably, prepared, and on-brand every single time ROLE STRUCTURE This is an hourly contractor role with potential for full time. We will engage you on a recurring basis host our live events and Q&A sessions, prep and post-event coordination, and for the basic Zoom administrative tasks around your role. WHO SHOULD APPLY?
