Zoom Webinars Plus / Zoom Events Producer Needed for Premium Financial Media Webinars We are looking for an experienced Zoom Webinars Plus / Zoom Events producer to help us run a growing programme of premium webinars, executive conversations and digital thought-leadership sessions for Modern American Advisor, a financial media platform serving financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers and industry professionals across the United States. This is not a generic webinar admin role. We need someone who already knows Zoom Webinars, Zoom Webinars Plus, Zoom Sessions and/or Zoom Events properly, and can run the platform confidently without learning as they go. The right person will be able to take full ownership of the technical and operational delivery of our webinar programme, including setup, registration, speaker coordination, live production, reporting and follow-up. What we need help with: * Advising on the best Zoom setup for our use case: Webinars, Webinars Plus / Sessions, or Events * Setting up branded webinar/event pages inside Zoom where appropriate * Creating and managing registration pages * Setting up confirmation emails, reminder emails and attendee communications * Managing speaker/panelist invitations and access * Running technical checks and rehearsals with speakers * Preparing run-of-show documents * Managing the live webinar environment * Supporting host, speakers, Q&A, polls, chat and attendee engagement * Managing backstage / production tools where relevant * Handling recordings and post-event assets * Exporting registration, attendance and engagement reports * Helping us create a repeatable workflow for future webinars * Making sure each event feels polished, premium and professionally managed We expect to run a regular programme of webinars, executive conversations and partner sessions, potentially around 10 to 12 sessions per month once fully active. Experience required: * Proven hands-on experience with Zoom Webinars * Strong preference for experience with Zoom Webinars Plus, Zoom Sessions or Zoom Events * Experience managing registration pages and attendee communications * Experience running live webinars, including speaker/panelist management * Comfortable with Q&A, polls, chat, recordings and reporting * Ability to advise on best-practice setup rather than simply follow instructions * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * Calm, professional live-event manner * B2B, financial services, professional services, media or thought-leadership experience would be a bonus This is an initial freelance role with the potential to become ongoing for the right person.
