AI agent developer to automate Meta Ads

We are a marketing agency running Facebook and Instagram ads for clients. Our staff submit ad requests through a Monday.com board each day/week, including creative assets, ad copy, target audience details, and budget. We want to develop an AI agent that can read these requests, launch the ads on Meta (for human approval) monitor performance, and report results back to the board automatically. Volume 50-100 ads per month across various clients. The system to be built must be easy to maintain and cost effective on token use. We don't want to rely on a developer to keep it running day to day. We have no fixed preference on tools or stack. If you have a better approach than what we've described, we want to hear it. What matters is that the solution is reliable, cost-effective to run monthly, and genuinely maintainable by a non-technical team. A human approval step is non-negotiable, no ad should ever go live on Meta without a team member first approving it on the Monday.com board. We also do not want a setup that will risk profile bans. Deliverables Monday.com intake board set up with all required fields, client name, campaign objective, budget, audience, ad copy, asset uploads, start/end date, status column, and an agent notes field Automated ad launch, when a board item is moved to "Approved to launch", the agent reads the brief, uploads assets, and creates the campaign in Meta Ads Manager, then updates the board status to "Live" Daily performance reporting, a scheduled job that pulls spend, impressions, clicks, and ROAS from Meta each day and writes a summary back to the relevant Monday.com item End-to-end test.
