About us -------- We build AI automation tools for the HR / recruitment industry. We're looking for a talented developer to build a new AI agent with us. This first project is clearly defined, and if it goes well there is steady ongoing work building similar tools. What we want to build --------------------- An AI sourcing agent that helps recruiters quickly find candidates similar to one they already have in mind. How it should work, from the user's point of view: 1. The recruiter provides one source profile — a CV or a LinkedIn profile link. 2. The agent understands that profile in depth: role, skills, level of seniority, years of experience, industry, location, etc. 3. The agent then goes and finds other professionals with a similar profile. 4. It returns a short ranked list of the best matches, each with a relevance score and a clear, human-readable explanation of why this person is a good match. The goal is a fast, reliable, genuinely useful tool — a recruiter should be able to go from one profile to a shortlist of similar candidates in under a minute. What we're NOT prescribing -------------------------- We are intentionally not dictating the technology, tools, or architecture. That's your expertise. We want you to propose the approach you believe is best to deliver a high-quality, reliable result. Tell us how YOU would build it. Who we're looking for --------------------- - Solid experience building real, working web applications - Hands-on experience with AI / LLMs in actual products (not just experiments) - Someone who can take an idea and turn it into a polished, dependable tool - Clear, proactive communication and good written English - Reliable and able to start soon How we work ----------- - We start with a small PAID test task so we can both check it's a good fit before committing to the full build. - Clear milestones, regular check-ins, no micromanagement. - An NDA will be signed before we share detailed requirements.
