Overview Our small tech startup is preparing an initial business launch press release. We are looking for a PR contractor who can help review, edit, and place the release through credible media, PR, and business publication channels. Our startup helps independent gyms and membership businesses identify members who may be at risk of canceling. The product turns member, attendance, billing, and engagement data into a practical retention workflow so operators know who to contact, why they are at risk, and what action to take next. Project Goal The goal is to publish a professional launch announcement that helps our company build trust with gym owners, operators, partners, and prospects. We are focused on credibility, trust, and useful publicity. We care more about quality placements than a large number of low value links. Scope of Work The contractor will be responsible for: 1 Reviewing and improving the current press release draft. 2 Making sure the release is professional and suitable for business publication. 3 Recommending the best placement strategy for the launch announcement. 4 Placing or submitting the press release through credible PR, media, business, or publication channels. 5 Providing live links, outlet names, placement details, and a final results summary. Important Requirements We are not looking for fake media features, spammy backlink packages, generic low quality syndication, or exaggerated placement claims. The contractor must be transparent about where the release will be placed, whether placements are guaranteed, whether they are paid or organic, and whether the content is editorial, sponsored, syndicated, or submitted as a press release. We prefer fewer, higher quality placements over hundreds of low value links.
