The Impact You'll Make As our UX/UI Designer, you will be the bridge between user needs and product functionality. Your work will shape how thousands of people interact with our platform daily — from the first click to the final action. You’ll transform complex ideas into elegant, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces that users love to return to. What You'll Do Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover real user needs and pain points. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Develop and maintain a scalable design system to keep our product visually cohesive. Iterate quickly based on feedback and data, ensuring designs are both beautiful and functional. What You'll Bring Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
