Summary

have a waist-up 2-d anime style character i need to create some simple animations with. Minimal arm movement, head turning, winds flapping, that sort of thing. I also want to create some transparent magical forest-like overlays in front of a black or transparent background. There will be a slideshow of screens that should exist to the side of the character which will rotate through. VERY FAST TURNAROUND. need this done in the next 24 hours.
