UE 5.6 archviz: three photoreal walkable apartment interiors, first one in 4 hours, FBX supplied
Worldwide
I need an Unreal Engine 5.6 artist who can start right now. Three furnished residences, one after the other. The first one is due within 4 hours of award. The job Three furnished apartment interiors for a boutique mountain hotel residence: a 1 bed of about 85 square metres first, then a 2 bed, then a penthouse. The geometry, furniture and cameras are done for each. You make them photoreal and walkable in Unreal so each matches its client reference renders side by side. Unit 2 and 3 reuse your material library and light rig from unit 1, so they go faster. What you get from me at award 1. FBX of the full interior (walls, joinery, furniture, decor), plus a JSON with the exact placement of every object and a Python importer that spawns it in the level. 2. All textures as image PBR sets, plus a camera list and a light list. 3. The reference renders of each room in the exact colour scheme: warm walnut, pale oak floor, travertine fire plinth, warm cove lighting. 4. Me online for the whole window for instant answers. What you deliver 1. A UE 5.6 project with the level: Lumen GI, Nanite on, image PBR materials tuned to the references (walnut, oak, travertine, marble, boucle, glass, reeded glass), correct scale, nothing floating or clipping. 2. Lighting that matches the references: warm cove lines at the ceiling edge, black track spot heads, linear fire with flames and underglow, mountain view through the glass, exposure locked. 3. First person walk: capsule 88 cm, eye height 160 cm, walk speed 150, doors open, no collision on decor, no getting stuck anywhere. 4. A packaged Windows build of the level: I double click it and walk the apartment at 60 fps 1080p on an RTX 5060 Ti class GPU. Nothing else needs to run. 5. Screenshots at 1920 by 1080 from the supplied camera positions, each next to its reference, as the acceptance proof. Acceptance I open your build and walk it, then put your screenshots beside the references. Materials, colours, light and placement must read as the same room, and the walk must be smooth with no stuck spots. One round of fixes inside the window. Rules 1. Use my FBX and placement as they are. No remodelling walls, no moving furniture. 2. Any extra asset must be licence clean (Fab, Megascans, Poly Haven) and listed with its licence in a text file. 3. Stock UE 5.6 only, no paid plugins. 4. Full source handed over: .uproject and Content folder. Pay and timing $150 fixed price for the three units, released per unit on acceptance: $60 for unit 1, $45 for unit 2, $45 for unit 3. Unit 1 is due within 4 hours of award. Units 2 and 3 follow this week as each kit lands, same 4 hour window each. More spaces (lobby, gym, restaurant, corridors) follow at the same rate if these pass. To apply, answer these three lines only 1. Link or image of one UE5 interior you lit yourself, next to the reference it was matched to. 2. Your GPU and the UE version installed right now. 3. Write "I can start now" if you can. Budget step: fixed price, $150. At offer time set three milestones, $60, $45, $45, each named by unit. Skills as listed before.
