We are currently hiring U.S.-based professionals for an Inbound/Outbound Calling and Appointment Setting position supporting active customer service and home service campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers, managing conversations professionally, and helping convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. What You'll Be Doing Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and customers Schedule and confirm appointments Provide basic information and customer support Maintain professional and friendly communication Update simple notes and call outcomes after interactions Compensation $30 – $45 Per Hour Consistent weekly workload Approximately 30 hours per week Stable and ongoing opportunity Remote work environment Long-term position for reliable performers Paid Trial Process Before onboarding, all candidates complete a short paid trial session. During the trial, you'll make a few live calls and follow a simple workflow so we can evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and overall customer interaction ability.
