Summary

I am a producer and want to prodcuer a 41 minute cartoon film. I will provide voice overs but need the cartoonist to follow my script and create characters to fit the story. This is for film festivals, receive IMBD credit too and distribute in catholic steaming. This is a paid and collaborate work. Open to students or prefesionals in other countries where $100 is a good deal. This is a low budget project.
