We are looking for a skilled Chatbot & CRM Specialist to troubleshoot and improve an existing chatbot and assist with CRM-related tasks. Responsibilities Identify and fix chatbot bugs and technical issues. Improve chatbot flows, logic, functionality, and user experience. Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, webhooks, and automations. Test, debug, and maintain the existing chatbot. Manage CRM workflows, automations, leads, and customer data. Troubleshoot and improve CRM integrations and processes. Required Skills Experience with chatbot development and troubleshooting. Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Experience with CRM systems and automation workflows. Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with AI chatbots and OpenAI-based solutions is a plus.
