Hello I am looking for a 2d animator who can create a 2d anime frame by frame animation video. This is a fanmade 2d animation of fight between 1 vs 1 characters in it. I have script prepared and the duration i don't know how many minutes this 2d animation will be. I need fully colored and rendered 2d animation video. My budget is $1500 but it is also negotiable.
