I'm building a application using Claude It needs to run as a desktop app on Windows and Mac, work fully offline, and sync data to a cloud server whenever internet is available. Typical user is one to 8 users so no complex multi-user conflict scenarios. 1. For an offline-first desktop app that syncs to a cloud server, would you recommend **Tauri + React + PouchDB (local) + CouchDB (cloud)**? Or is there a better stack for this use case in 2026? 2.
