We're a fast-moving, results-driven team that leans heavily on AI to do more with a lean crew. We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to help scale our ad accounts to the next level. What You'll Do Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across a portfolio of 20-50 accounts, driving performance at scale with monthly spend up to $100K+. This is an execution-focused role, you'll work directly inside client ad accounts, launch and optimize campaigns under the direction of a Senior Account Manager who owns the high-level strategy, client expectations, and any difficult client conversations. Execution is what we need from you first. What We're Looking For - $500K+ in verified lifetime ad spend (screenshots or case studies) - $100K+ spend in the last 12 months - A strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating real, measurable results - Available full-time during US Eastern Time (9AM–6PM ET) — non-negotiable - A strong, stable Facebook profile/account that can be added to multiple client assets and handle access across numerous ad accounts without flags or limits Nice to Have (We'll Train You on the Rest) - Familiar with AI tools and modern content workflows — Canva, CapCut, and ElevenLabs. We'll teach you our full ad-creation and creative-repurposing process. - Extremely detail-oriented and not sloppy. You'll be working inside live client ad accounts where small mistakes carry real consequences. - Clear, reliable written communication for day-to-day coordination in Slack, focused on specific execution topics - Comfortable following established SOPs and systems while staying accurate and accountable. Compensation — Base + Performance Base is $1,500/month, but your real earning potential is tied to results. We reward portfolio performance with escalating bonuses based on your average ROAS across the accounts you manage: Under 1.5x → Base only → $1,500/mo 1.5x → +50% bonus → $2,250/mo 2.0x → +100% bonus → $3,000/mo 2.5x → +150% bonus → $3,750/mo 3.0x → +200% bonus → $4,500/mo The better your accounts perform, the more you take home — strong operators comfortably clear $4,000+/month, with no hard ceiling for elite performers. How We Work (Why This Role Is Different) We leverage AI heavily, so one sharp operator can do the work of a whole team. You'll have a Claude Opus 4.8 subscription and access to our internal SOPs, swipe files, and creative systems. We use AI to generate ad concepts, copy, targeting, and image creatives — capable of building a full campaign in minutes — and connect directly to Meta to launch fast. Your job is to execute, QA, and optimize that output under your Senior Account Manager's direction.
