E-commerce Assistant

We are an established e-commerce and creative design team specializing in handcrafted custom products, We are looking to expand our product lines to a broader global market and are seeking a trustworthy Local Operations Assistant located in [the US / UK / Europe / Southeast Asia] to assist with the long-term co-management of our new Etsy storefront in your region. This is a long-term collaborative project that requires high mutual trust, seamless communication, and strict adherence to platform policies. Key Responsibilities: Act as our local assistant to handle the initial registration and compliance verification for the Etsy shop in your region. Assist with managing localized customer service inquiries, tracking local order fulfillments, and coordinating with our production team when necessary. Maintain regular communication with our design and production team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Must be a legal resident of [the US / UK / Europe / Southeast Asia] with valid local identification and absolutely no history of platform violations on Etsy. Extensive Etsy experience is not required, but honesty and trustworthiness are absolutely essential. You must possess excellent communication skills, provide timely responses, and have a high sense of responsibility. A basic understanding of online payment gateways and e-commerce compliance. Payment & Commission Structure: We value fair, mutually beneficial, and highly rewarding partnerships. We offer the following compensation package: Fixed Setup Fee: For the initial shop launch and administrative setup phase. Ongoing Monthly Retainer or Profit-Sharing: To ensure a win-win, long-term relationship, we offer a commission based on the shop's net profit on Etsy.
