E-commerce Bookkeeper for Daily P&L

We are a growing e-commerce brand processing approximately 100 orders per day, and we are looking for a reliable bookkeeper to manage our daily profit and loss tracking. We work directly with suppliers who provide us with all the necessary cost information. Your role will be to update our Profit & Loss spreadsheet on a daily basis, including: Daily revenue and order volume Ad spend (Meta, TikTok) COGS (cost of goods sold) Payment processing fees Daily profit and margin calculations We already have a structured spreadsheet template in place, your job will be to keep it accurate and up to date every single day, flag any inconsistencies, and ensure the numbers are always reliable. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, and consistent with daily reporting. Previous experience with e-commerce or Shopify is a strong plus. This is an ongoing, long-term position requiring roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour of work per day. If you're organized, reliable, and good with numbers, we'd love to hear from you.
