E-commerce & Business Operations VA

I’m looking for a reliable E-commerce & Business Operations VA to help with product data cleanup, catalogue preparation, supplier research, quote collection, simple Canva designs, and Shopify/listing support. This is an hourly role starting with a small paid trial. If the work quality is good, it can become ongoing. Main tasks may include: * Cleaning product names, descriptions, categories and product sheets * Preparing catalogues, offer sheets and simple product lists * Finding missing product information and images * Creating simple Canva designs such as WhatsApp offer banners, product highlights and basic flyers * Researching suppliers, vendors, software options or product options * Collecting quotes and organizing them into clean comparison tables * Preparing Shopify or marketplace listing data * Drafting simple follow-up messages or emails for approval You must be comfortable with: * Google Sheets or Excel * Canva * Online research * Product data entry * Clear written English * Following examples carefully * Asking questions instead of guessing This role is execution-focused. I am not looking for a business strategist, marketing guru, developer or agency. I need someone careful, reliable and detail-oriented. Important requirements: * Hourly contract only * Upwork Desktop time tracking required * No manual time * Weekly hour limit will be set at the start * Communication before contract start must remain on Upwork * After the contract starts, outside tools may be used only for work coordination, while all payments stay on Upwork * Please do not apply if you are not okay with a small paid trial first To start, I will give a few small tasks such as cleaning a product sheet, preparing a supplier research table, and making simple Canva designs. I will continue only if the quality is good.
