I run an e-commerce store that sells products to customers in Japan. I am looking for a reliable Japanese Customer Support Specialist to help manage customer inquiries and provide excellent support. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails in Japanese. Answer questions about orders, shipping, tracking, and products. Process refund and replacement requests. Follow our support guidelines and response templates. Report unusual issues when necessary. Requirements Native or fluent Japanese writing skills. Experience in e-commerce customer support is preferred. Professional and polite communication. Detail-oriented and reliable. Able to follow clear instructions and workflows.
