Our flagship product, the Advanced Copper Peptide Hair Regrowth Formula, leverages clinically proven GHK-Cu copper peptides to target the root cause of hair loss with zero side effects. We are scaling rapidly across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok) and need a dedicated operator to build, launch, and iterate on high-converting landing pages at scale. The Role We are looking for a highly execution-focused Funnel Operator/Landing Page Builder to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our landing page production, taking established templates, briefs, and creative assets to build 5+ high-converting pages per week in Replo or Funnelish. You will work closely with our COO (who handles V1 page creation and high-level creative direction) and our creative strategists (who will provide the copy, offers, and briefs). Your primary focus will be rapid deployment, taking over the day-to-day page building so the rest of the team can focus on strategy and new concepts. If you are a Replo/Funnelish demon who thrives on speed, precision, and turning a brief into a live, pixel-perfect page, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Page Production: Build, launch, and QA 5+ landing pages (VSLs, advertorials, listicles, opt-ins, and direct-response sales pages) per week. Template Execution & Iteration: Take existing, proven "V1" templates created by the Founder and adapt them for new angles, audiences, or products (e.g., Gruns, requests from Tys and Albaraa). Asset Integration: Swap and adjust images, videos, copy, and offer structures within existing frameworks to match specific briefs. Platform Mastery: Operate natively and efficiently within Replo and/or Funnelish, ensuring pages load fast, look flawless on mobile, and track correctly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Copywriter/Briefing Lead to ensure the vision of the brief translates perfectly to the live page. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Implementation: Make rapid adjustments to live pages based on performance data and team feedback (e.g., tweaking headlines, adjusting button placement, or updating offer pricing). Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience building high-converting landing pages for DTC/e-commerce brands, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement space. Platform Expertise: You must be an absolute expert ("a demon") in Replo and/or Funnelish. Experience with Shopify is also required. Speed & Precision: Ability to output 5+ pages per week without sacrificing attention to detail, mobile responsiveness, or design quality. Direct Response Mindset: You understand the anatomy of a high-converting funnel (urgency, social proof, clear CTAs, above-the-fold optimization). Design Chops: While you don't need to be a lead UI/UX designer, you must have a strong eye for design and the ability to independently adjust, crop, and optimize images and layout elements to make the page look premium. Self-Starter: You can take a brief and run with it, requiring minimal hand-holding once the templates and assets are provided.
