Summary

We are hiring a full-time Growth Manager to own growth execution for e-commerce brands. This role is for someone who can take charge of paid ads, creative testing, funnel improvement, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for understanding what is driving growth, what is holding the brand back, and what actions need to happen next. We are not looking for someone who only “manages campaigns.” We need someone who can own outcomes, make decisions, coordinate execution, and improve performance consistently. The Role You will be responsible for driving profitable growth for assigned e-commerce brands. This includes: Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Reviewing performance daily to identify winning and losing signals. Working with the creative team to develop new ad angles, hooks, offers, and testing ideas. Identifying gaps across creatives, landing pages, product pages, checkout, pricing, and offers. Running structured tests across campaigns, audiences, creatives, and funnels. Coordinating with media buyers, designers, editors, and copywriters. Turning insights into clear actions that improve revenue and profitability. The goal is not just to run ads. The goal is to grow the brand profitably. What You’ll Own Growth and marketing performance for assigned brands. Paid media planning, execution, optimization, and scaling. Creative testing priorities and feedback. Funnel and conversion improvement. Offer testing, audience testing, and campaign testing. Daily and weekly performance reviews. Metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, revenue, and profitability. Team alignment and execution quality. Weekly action plans based on performance data. What Success Looks Like You will be successful if: The brand has clear weekly growth priorities. Paid campaigns are actively tested and optimized. Creative testing becomes consistent and structured. Winning campaigns, offers, and creatives are identified faster. Weak campaigns are fixed, improved, or stopped quickly. The team knows what to execute and why. Reporting leads to action, not just discussion. Revenue and profitability improve over time. Who You Are You are a strong fit if you: Have hands-on experience growing e-commerce or DTC brands. Have direct experience managing Meta Ads. Have experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channels. Understand how ads, creatives, offers, landing pages, and conversion rate work together. Can analyze numbers and make practical decisions. Can work closely with creative teams and guide testing priorities. Can coordinate a small team while staying hands-on. Are accountable, decisive, and performance-focused. Are available full-time. This Role Is Not For You If You only want to create strategy without executing. You only want to manage people without owning results. You are not comfortable with performance pressure. You need constant direction to take action. You only report problems instead of solving them. You do not understand e-commerce growth metrics. You cannot work with creative, data, and execution together.
