About the Role Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling brands? We are seeking a skilled, results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, optimize our conversion funnels, and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost website traffic, maximize sales, and improve overall customer experience. Paid Media Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Organic Growth & SEO: Implement robust SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility. Retention & Engagement: Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, customer retention initiatives, and social media marketing. Data & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and provide actionable, data-backed insights. Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to produce high-converting marketing materials while keeping a close eye on competitor trends and market opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Proven Experience: Demonstrated success specifically within the e-commerce marketing space. Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid ad platforms, SEO best practices, and email marketing tools. Technical Skills: Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is highly preferred. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
