E-commerce Operations Coordinator (Shopify / DTC / Remote / Long-Term)

We run fast-moving DTC e-commerce brands and need a highly organized operator to take ownership of day-to-day backend execution. This is a hands-on remote role for someone who can keep the business humming across suppliers, inventory, fulfillment, customer support coordination, reporting, and launch readiness. You will work closely with leadership, our media buyer, and our creative team to make sure things actually get done on time and issues are solved quickly. This is not a pure marketing role and not a generic VA role; we want someone operational, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable taking responsibility. What you’ll own: Supplier communication, purchase orders, invoice collection, payment preparation, and follow-up. Inventory tracking, stock-risk management, reorder visibility, and fulfillment/3PL coordination. Coordination of launches, landing pages, emails, promotions, and operational deadlines across the team. Customer support handoff, issue tracking, and resolution of recurring operational problems. Weekly KPI and operations reporting covering sales, stock, issues, priorities, and next actions. SOP creation and process improvement so the business becomes more reliable over time. What we need from you: Experience working inside a Shopify or DTC e-commerce business. Strong English written communication and reliable follow-through. Confidence with spreadsheets, dashboards, admin systems, and multi-step operational workflows. Ability to work remotely, asynchronously, and with clear accountability. Bonus if you have worked with supplier management, 3PLs, customer support systems, email platforms, or paid-media reporting. Role structure: This should start as an hourly remote contract with long-term potential and a contract-to-hire path for the right person.
