E-commerce Operations Manager (Full time, long term)

Summary About the role We're a fast-growing DTC brand looking for a detail-oriented Website Manager to own day-to-day website operations and keep the team accountable. You'll be the go-to person for everything from product uploads to creative QC to making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities Manage product uploads on Shopify - coordinate with the sourcing and launch setup team and ensure photos and pages meet brand standards Review AI-generated ad creatives and ensure quality before publishing Maintain a 2–3 month promotional and holiday calendar; raise upcoming campaigns in team meetings Track team KPIs for creative output and ad launches; flag when things are behind Coordinate salary processing (bi weekly) Monitor fraud alerts (Kount) daily Manage inventory stock uploads into shopify and communicate with the supply team Keep Shopify theme updated and make basic customizations as needed Check the website multiple times a day and flag any issues Requirements Amazing attention to detail (A must) Strong Shopify experience - products, collections, themes, discounts Experience with managing teams Experience with a project management software Exceptional attention to detail Some coding experience Highly organized and proactive - you flag problems before being asked Strong written and spoken English Can work est or pst timezone full time
