E-commerce Operations Partner for TikTok Shop

Job Description:We are an established, active e-commerce brand currently running a successful store. We are legally structured as a US LLC.We are looking for a trustworthy, US-based E-commerce Operations Specialist to join us as our Primary Business Representative and help manage our platform compliance and local operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary local contact and business representative for our store platform (TikTok Shop compliance).Assist with necessary local business verifications, identity validation (including live platform verifications if required), and compliance documentation.Provide occasional operational support or consulting for our US market strategy.Requirements:Must be a legal US resident / citizen (living in the US).Proven experience in e-commerce operations (TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Shopify) is a huge plus.Must be willing to sign a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and an operating agreement specifying the scope of representation.Verifiable background and high job success score on Upwork.Compensation:We offer a reliable monthly retainer (open to discussion based on your experience) or a potential profit-share model for the right candidate.
