E-commerce Risk & Dispute/Chargeback Manager

E-commerce Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Specialist (Shopify, PayPal & Whop) We operate multiple international fashion e-commerce brands and are looking for an experienced Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Specialist to take ownership of our dispute and chargeback operations. This is not a standard customer support role. We are looking for someone who can not only handle disputes but also proactively improve our processes, identify weaknesses, implement AI-driven solutions, and help reduce future chargebacks. Experience with dropshipping businesses is required, and experience with fashion dropshipping is highly preferred. Responsibilities: - Manage chargebacks and disputes across Shopify Payments, PayPal, Whop, and other payment providers. - Collect, organize, and submit dispute evidence. - Prepare and submit strong representment packages. - Monitor dispute deadlines and case updates. - Track won and lost disputes. - Analyze dispute outcomes and identify patterns. Prevention & Optimization: - Develop strategies to reduce future chargebacks. - Identify common dispute reasons and propose solutions. - Work closely with Customer Support to improve prevention efforts. Requirements - Proven experience handling Shopify Payments. PayPal and Whop dispute experience is a plus.chargebacks. - Experience working with dropshipping businesses. Fashion experience is a plus. - Strong understanding of fraud, friendly fraud, and dispute prevention. - Fashion dropshipping experience. We are not looking for someone who only uploads documents. We are looking for someone who actively thinks about prevention, process improvement, AI implementation, and increasing dispute win rates. Outstanding performance will be rewarded! In addition to your hourly rate, performance bonuses are paid for successfully won chargebacks.
