E-commerce Static Ad Designer

We are looking for a high-converting Static Ad Designer who can create scroll-stopping ads for our e-commerce brand every day. This role is for someone who understands direct-response design, not just making ads look pretty. We need someone who can design creatives that grab attention, explain the offer clearly, and drive purchases. You will be creating static ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other paid social platforms. You should be able to take product photos, hooks, offers, and angles and turn them into clean, professional, high-converting ad creatives. Responsibilities: Create new static ad creatives every day Design ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social Turn hooks, offers, and product benefits into strong visuals Make creatives that look native to social media Create different variations for testing Use competitor research and winning ads for inspiration Work fast while keeping designs clean and professional Requirements: Experience designing e-commerce static ads Strong understanding of direct-response ad design Good eye for layout, fonts, spacing, and product presentation Ability to make ads that are clear, readable, and conversion-focused Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools Must be reliable and able to deliver creatives consistently Beauty, fragrance, fashion, or DTC experience is a plus To Apply: Please send: Your best static ad examples Any results from past ads, if available What tools you use How many static ads you can create per week We are looking for someone long-term who can help us test new creatives daily and scale our e-commerce brand.
