We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Editor with strong experience creating high-converting direct response ecommerce ads. This is NOT a generic video editing role. You must understand: DTC ecommerce direct response marketing Meta/Facebook ads hooks & retention consumer psychology storytelling performance-driven creatives We are looking for someone who can combine modern AI tools with strong marketing knowledge to create ad creatives that drive sales. AI Experience Required You should already have hands-on experience with tools such as: VEO 3.1 Nano Banana Kling 3 Seedance 2 Claude AI ChatGPT Experience with additional AI video and image generation tools is a plus. Responsibilities Create high-converting ecommerce video ads Generate AI video scenes and visuals Turn concepts and scripts into polished ad creatives Create Meta, Instagram, and TikTok ad creatives Improve hooks, pacing, retention, and overall performance Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers Produce multiple creative variations and iterations quickly Ideal Experience Previous experience editing DTC ecommerce ads Strong understanding of direct response marketing Experience creating winning Meta ad creatives Experience using AI video generation tools Ability to create realistic, high-quality AI content Understanding of what makes an ad convert We Are Looking For Someone Who understands marketing, not just editing can identify winning ad angles has strong creative instincts works quickly and efficiently is highly proactive pays attention to detail stays up to date with the latest AI tools and workflows Important We care far more about: skill creativity marketing knowledge execution intelligence ...than formal qualifications.
