E-commerce Virtual Assistant - Shopify & Data Entry (Dutch Speaker)

We are a fast-growing European direct-to-consumer brand in the women's intimate apparel space (leakproof underwear & swimwear for menstruation and bladder leakage). We sell through paid social and are scaling fast. We are looking for one Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations across our Dutch and English-speaking markets. This is not a generic admin role. This is hands-on e-commerce operations: data entry, stock management, customer issues, voice-overs, and more - fast-paced, varied, and with real ownership from day one. We're looking for someone eager to learn the rest on the job. What You'll Do As our Virtual Assistant at Maysa, you will be the operational backbone of the brand across Shopify, our reporting sheets, and our internal tools. You'll work closely with our team to keep things running smoothly and free us up to focus on growth. You are the first VA we hire, so there is much room to grow into a bigger role as we scale. Responsibilities: - Handle daily data entry and keep our reporting sheets up to date. - Manage stock in Shopify — monitor out-of-stock / back-in-stock notifications and adjust accordingly. - Create Dutch and English voice-overs using ElevenLabs (we'll teach you if you're new to it). - Handle Stripe chargebacks and respond to negative Trustpilot reviews (training provided). - Keep our social media active — post feed posts and stories on Instagram and Facebook. What We're Looking For: - Dutch-speaking — required, as you'll be producing Dutch voice-overs. - Proven experience with data entry and Shopify in a real e-commerce setting. - Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently and meet deadlines. - Hungry to learn and genuinely eager to grow with us — this is the single most important quality. - Comfortable working across both Dutch and English-speaking markets. - Fully comfortable working on content about menstruation, bladder leakage, and the female body (always tasteful and professional). Nice to Have (not required, we'll train you): - Experience producing voice-overs in ElevenLabs. - Experience with Stripe, Slack, ClickUp, and Trustpilot. - Experience handling chargebacks and customer reviews. - Experience with Instagram & Facebook business posting.
