E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We are an e-commerce company managing multiple online stores. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and fast Virtual Assistant for a long-term position. Responsibilities Organize and update tasks in ClickUp Follow up with developers, editors, and team members Manage basic Shopify tasks Assist with basic Meta Ads reporting Review creatives and spot obvious problems Keep files, links, deadlines, and instructions organized Send clear daily updates Requirements Strong English Excellent organization and attention to detail Good experience with Shopify and ClickUp Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and e-commerce marketing Fast communication during GMT working hours Proactive and able to work without constant reminders Comfortable asking questions when instructions are unclear Please do not apply if you disappear, reply slowly, miss deadlines, or need repeated follow-ups.
