E-Commerce & Growth Operator (Shopify + Meta + Social) About ENZOS inactive ENZOS is a fast-growing DTC sleepwear and lifestyle brand built around a simple idea: The Official After-Party Uniform. We create bold, highly visual sleepwear for people who don’t take life too seriously. Our brand voice is fun, irreverent, social-first, and culturally aware. We are now producing a large volume of creative assets and need a highly capable operator to take ownership of our e-commerce execution. This is not a basic VA position. We are looking for someone who can own the day-to-day execution of Shopify, Meta advertising, email marketing, creative deployment, and social media coordination. What You’ll Be Responsible For Shopify Store Management * Upload and maintain product listings * Create collection pages * Update homepage creatives * Manage product descriptions * Organize navigation and merchandising * Launch seasonal collections and product drops * Optimize product pages for conversion * Coordinate image uploads and asset organization Meta Advertising * Build and launch campaigns * Create ad sets and audience testing structures * Upload and organize creative assets * Monitor performance daily * Report on ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates * Scale winning campaigns * Kill losing campaigns quickly * Work directly with ownership on creative testing Creative Operations * Manage large volumes of AI-generated and lifestyle creative * Organize assets inside Meta * Create naming conventions and testing frameworks * Coordinate image selection and deployment * Assist with creative strategy discussions Email & SMS * Build Klaviyo campaigns * Create automated flows * Launch promotional campaigns * Segment customer lists * Monitor performance and revenue attribution Social Media * Schedule content * Coordinate posting calendar * Repurpose ad creative into social content * Work with influencers and creators * Assist with community management What Success Looks Like Within 90 days: * Shopify site fully optimized * Consistent creative testing framework in place * 50+ active ad creatives being tested * Reliable reporting dashboard * Increased conversion rate * Improved ROAS * Improved customer acquisition efficiency Required Skills * Shopify * Meta Ads Manager * Klaviyo * Canva or Figma * Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer brands * Experience managing consumer product brands * Strong organizational skills * Excellent written English Bonus Skills * AI image generation experience * ChatGPT prompting * Midjourney * Fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle experience * TikTok Ads * Influencer marketing * Conversion rate optimization Important Please do NOT apply if you have only managed small local businesses.
