E-commerce UX focused Designer

TVRBO is looking for a Designer to join our team and help shape high-performing eCommerce experiences. Your mission at TVRBO: As a UX Designer, you will work on eCommerce-focused design projects, combining strong visual design skills with UX thinking and strategic decision-making. You’ll help create landing pages, product pages, wireframes, and design concepts that support business goals while keeping the customer journey at the center. Your daily responsibilities will be: Creating UX-focused designs for eCommerce websites, landing pages, product pages, and digital campaigns. Developing wireframes, mockups, and design concepts based on user needs, brand goals, and performance insights. Supporting eCommerce strategy by identifying opportunities to improve user experience, conversion, and site performance. Collaborating with marketing, development, and content teams to bring ideas from concept to execution. Reviewing website flows, layouts, and customer journeys to recommend improvements. Ensuring designs are visually strong, brand-aligned, and easy to use across devices. Using data, research, and best practices to guide design decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Deep expertise in user psychology, persuasion principles, and conversion-centered design Strong proficiency in UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma, Adobe CC) Solid understanding of landing page best practices, responsive design, and mobile optimization Knowledge of CRO frameworks like LIFT, PET, Fogg Behavior Model, and consumer behavior theories Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing, user research, and translating data into design insights Strategic mindset to align CRO efforts with business goals and create testing roadmaps
