Looking for an AI Content Creator + Community Marketer to join Builders + Backers, an AI-powered venture studio for everyday innovators. We take builders from idea to first customer through proven frameworks, AI-powered and human guidance. Get paid to make AI video content and written posts. You post from accounts we set up, not your personal pages. We'll train you on the AI tools you need to create the content. What you'll do: - Research top trends and formats, and turn them into content ideas. - Use our AI platform and tools to generate posts, comments, and images. - Write the scripts for short-form video, then produce the videos using our AI tools. - Post daily across TikTok, Instagram, subreddits, Facebook groups we target. - Reply to comments and DMs, answer questions, and keep conversations going so the accounts build real trust. - Edit and shape all AI output so it reads human, fits each community's voice, and follows its rules. - Quick weekly sync to talk about what's landing. What you'll make: $1,800 over 3 months - $600/month base pay (paid when content metrics are met) + performance bonuses for high-performing videos and a long-term partnership opportunity. You're a great fit if: - You are comfortable using AI tools to write, script, and create video. - Strong writing skills in English, with good judgment on tone and voice. - You can commit for at least 3 months, working full-time on Eastern Time (EST) hours. - You have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
